Scouring instead of stroking. Do not scrub teeth and gums too harshly to avoid damaging sensitive tissues. Use a rapid motion with gentle pressure.
Constantly whitening. While using a whitening toothpaste can help to reduce staining, continued use of these harsh and abrasive products can damage tooth enamel. Be sure to alternate whitening products with basic fluoride toothpaste options to keep enamel strong.
